Black: Fertile Earth of Egypt. Fertility.
Blue: Divinity. Eternity. In painting the hairs of the gods.
Turquoise blue: Radiations of the Sun before the dawn. Advertisement of a new life. Renaissance.
Green: Tender papyrus, freshness and youth.
Red: Desert, Sun, Fire, Evil.
White: Light of the dawn. Phosphorescence that liberates the power of the evil.
Yellow: Gold. In painting the skin of the gods. Eternity. Incorruptible. Seen in Gold.

Hi, I have a complete text about color symbology on my MSN group about Egyptology. I could make a translation (it's in Spanish) if you're interested...

Laura:
"Rosso o colore tegola, uomini maschi e umani"
"Arancione o molto simile, donne umane"
Distinti saluti.
Santiago
